UPDATE:  Jonah has been adopted and is SO HAPPY in his new home with his look-alike brother, Bandit.  A true Happy Ending!!!

We’d like you to meet our little 2 year old shih tzu Jonah. 
Jonah was a victim of human domestic violence.  He was in a home where he was hit so hard that his jaw was broken in several places.  FURS knew such a great little guy deserved a chance at a new life so we took him in and paid to have surgery performed to remove part of his jaw so that he could live a pain-free life.  He made it through the surgery very well and is doing great!  He can eat anything he likes (and does!), is housebroken, great with other dogs and cats ~ and is a real snuggle-bug.
